Important Notes:

  • Delivery vs. Pickup: While you're welcome to pick up your order, we strongly recommend using our delivery service. It ensures your cake is transported safely and kept in optimal condition.

  • Responsibility After Pickup: Once the cake has left our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or after delivery.

  • Storage Guidelines: Cakes and desserts must be kept in a cool environment (75°F or lower) or refrigerated. Heat and humidity can cause damage, melting, or warping.
    Please avoid direct sunlight, open doors, or windows when displaying your cake.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed order mistakes on our part. If you believe there’s an issue, please contact us immediately so we can assess and, if possible, correct the problem.

If the mistake is ours, we’ll take full responsibility and offer a refund or store credit for the portion affected.
